Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Neuropath application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our commitment to absolute data privacy and zero record retention.

Neuropath is a secure, end-to-end encrypted communication platform designed for private voice calls and text messaging. Our infrastructure is architected specifically to ensure that we retain no user data, call logs, message histories, metadata, or traffic records.

• No Record Retention: Neuropath operates under a strict Zero-Record Policy. We do not collect, log, store, or maintain any records of your communications, message contents, call durations, contact lists, IP addresses, or connection timestamps.
• No Access to Content: Because all messages and calls are secured with end-to-end encryption, only the communicating parties have the keys to encrypt and decrypt content. Neuropath has no technical capability to access, view, or recover any communication content.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Since we collect no data, we have no data to share, sell, or disclose to third parties, advertisers, or government entities.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• Six-Digit Identification Number: Upon account generation, every user is assigned a unique six-digit identification number solely for the purpose of connecting with other Neuropath members within the network. This number is designed to be shared exclusively with fellow Neuropath members to establish secure communication channels.
• No Traditional Credentials: To maximize user privacy, Neuropath does not require traditional personally identifiable information (such as real names, email addresses, or phone numbers tied to your identity) to create an account or use the service.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your assigned six-digit number, and any cryptographic keys generated by your device. If your device is lost or compromised, Neuropath cannot recover your account, number, or any data because no backups or records exist on our servers.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Neuropath to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, viruses, or engage in malicious cyber activity.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any individual.

Because we maintain no records, we cannot monitor user activity or content. However, we reserve the right to take technical measures to protect the integrity, security, and availability of our network.

All software, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology associated with Neuropath Technologies Inc. are the exclusive property of Neuropath Technologies Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEUROPATH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEUROPATH TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

1. 1.YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP;
2. 2.ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
3. 3.UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neuropath Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
